Used to love coming here to wash my car. Came here recently and tried to get an automatic car wash. Credit card was charged and we drove forward, waited and nothing. We had to back out and contact the owner but it was automated. Filled out the refund form and nothing. It's been over a week. Why were there no signs or a cone to tell us it's not working. Are you purposely stealing from the residents of Aurora? I'm reporting this to the BBB and Other consumer reports. Shameful
Coin-operated car wash. The washing machine and vacuum cleaner cost $2 for 2 minutes, which is a reasonable price. It would be better if there were a restroom.
I called twice, with no response. Went to the Buckley location on 4-15. Was not working correctly. did not get correct time on the wash. I called while I was standing there and lady said someone would be getting back to me within 2 weeks. No one did so on 4-29 called again and lady said she will turn in another report for a refund but as of today no refund or not even a call.
