My partner got his tint done, they broke two panels in his car and didn’t advise him but did try to cover it but by gluing a panel back on. Once advised the shop offered to replace them. When he followed up the person he spoke to had no idea about it. He was advised they would call back and they never did. Thanks!
Edit- after posting review, immediately got a call from LUKE and abusing us for posting review of their bad workmanship. And forced us to remove the review also said if reviews are not removed they will not resolve it. Definitely an extreme standard worst ownership. They have Damaged door seals and burnt interior leather of my new car. Did not take any ownership of the damage caused by them to resolve and repair damage, left without communication.
