I recently bought in 6 items (5 laptops and a tablet) and just needed answers! I spoke with David or Dave the owner, and was able to get 3 out of the 6 resolved. Two of which only needed battery replacements, and one he was able to convert all data to a USB and charged $268.37. The other 3 devices (2 had cracked screens and 1 with a glued hard-drive), it was unsuccessful.
