Horrible on new construction sites, will get in your way do stuff wrong and when a bank of lights falls on your head blames you for being on the ground and wants you to pay for their crappy workmanship. Also 2 timers will talk to them about doing one thing get the okay from them and then they want to charge you thousands of dollars to do redo the work that they did wrong
The pro circuit tech show up on a holiday early in the morning, amazing!!! He was polite and professional, also knowledgeable and answered my questions about my home unit
I asked them to give me a quote to install a 240 V outlet in my garage to charge my EV. They finally sent someone out to take some measurements but after over a month and repeated calls to the person Paul, who was to give me the quote, I gave up. He never returned any of my calls.
They installed our Generac backup generator a couple of years ago and did a great job. I have had zero problems with it. They were very easy to work with and competitive pricing.
