They installed my new roof in Pflugerville, Texas after last seasons hail storm. I waited too long to file my claim but they helped me still install a new roof at a very affordable price.
2 reps initially came soliciting, offering to do an inspection so I could get insurance to pay for a new roof at the cost of my deductible. I already knew I needed a new roof & had been putting it off, did a brief search of the company's reviews, and figured it would be safe to proceed. Pre-Project: Upon a brief inspection they confirmed I needed a new roof & they would also replace the gutters as part of the process. I asked two ?s: 1. Despite multiple requests, Pro Choice Roofing never provided any receipts for payment of the roofing services provided. Despite multiple requests for warranties, no documents were offered even though the project was completed 4 months ago. They offer no explanation why the paperwork cannot be completed. They do not return my phone calls. If you want a job complete with warranties against future roofing needs, I highly recommend you do not use this company.
