Walking into ProChiro you are greeted with a warm smile and a comfortable atmosphere. The clinic itself is immaculately clean and well organised. I was treated by Anastasia. Her adjustments bought instant relief to my neck and hips and she followed up with dry needling to loosen the muscles around my problem areas. She also gave me exercises to help keep my body aligned and in better condition. Will always be my go to if I come up with tight areas and discomfort.
