Price was fair. Service was straightforward. The difference was clear once they were done.
I had to think about reposting my review as I like to support local businesses. However there were too many failings for me to ignore and I’d like to prevent someone else using the service from same. Firstly my service was scheduled for 10.00 am Friday Sep 5th, came and went no show.. I made numerous calls to the operator who didn’t know where the technician was and was blaming me?? These guys were great. It was easy to book a convenient time, the price quoted matched what I had read on the website. The technician was running late (traffic issue) but called to let me know. The technicians were very friendly and listened. The job was completed quickly and I was very happy with the results. The carpet were quite dirty and there were a couple of stains (one had been since I moved in) but they looked fantastic. I had a carpet clean scheduled for this morning at 10 am. I took the day off, well 10am came and went, I made several phone calls trying to locate the technician. The technician called me and said he was running late he would be here within the hour. 11.20 I called again as no sign, I was given the technician ph number which was incorrect I called again and got a ph number that went to message bank.. still no sign of him, I was pretty Annoyed and asked the operator repeatedly to help solve the problem of when he is coming.. ... read more
The prices on the website are incorrect. They advertise 5 rooms for $155 however when I called to book I was quoted $45 per room! Update your prices! What a waste of time!
