Pro carpet came today and cleaned two area rugs for us. We were very happy with the end result. When I initially sent the email they responded by calling me the same day! I was impressed
Honestly... was quite unsatisfied with this service and I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I sent out my area rug and was initially given a 7-10 day turn around which is to be expected with carpet cleaning. I waited over a month. During that time, my texts were ignored and I was left in the dark on the status of my carpet, wasn't even sure if I was going to get it back at this point.
