Bad carpet cleaning experience. They even went back out a second time to redo the unsatisfactory work they did the first time and even that wasn't good enough. Ordered a pet treatment and carpet smelled the same, no type of freshener was used. Little stuff that was left on carpet was not sucked up by there machine. I had to go back vacuum, spray and scrub light stains and deodorize carpet myself.

This was the BEST experience that I've had since moving to this area. Tahm and his crew cleaned my carpet on short notice without complaints or price gouging. It was a day before Christmas. It smelled really good, and they did an amazing job. They were professional the entire time. I will only use this crew in the future.
