A few years had past since our last professional cleaning -also by ProCarpet - also excellent work by same courteous professional. They do great job with regular cleaning of condo common areas, and again, amazing results with our in-suite carpets (not always respected by our Cat!) We had Al come by on a holiday Sunday, and not only was he incredibly efficient, but he was also extremely thorough. He’s one of the nicest professionals we’ve ever dealt with—constantly checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. When I raised concerns about a leak and air quality, he went above and beyond by bringing in a HEPA filter, which made a huge difference and really showed his care for the job and our comfort. Phoned the company to provide feedback of a driver driving recklessly. Got a call back from the driver who happened to be the “owner”. The man argued with the feedback provided. Reported to BBB but wanted to warn other folks from dealing with a business without accountability or professionalism. edit: Interesting response from the company.
