Pro care is my primary care office, DR William Willis is my Dr and a very good and close friend since he delivered 3 of my children and 5 of my grandchildren, he is the finest DR is our local area. He is caring and has a wonderful personality always friendly and has a great since of humor along with taking care of my medical needs, if he can't fix it he sends me to some one who he trust to treat me. Let me start by saying Dr Clark is an excellent doctor. However the the women that are answering the phone and running his clinic in Poteau , Ok are very uncaring, rude on the phone. They will not give messages to the doctor. I saw the doctor 1 month ago. They have denied my medication refills (blood pressure and blood sugar). Both are life threatening. I am consulting an attorney and putting complaints about these women
