My initial visit was fine but I am very disappointed since. I have been calling for the past two weeks for strap replacement for my brace. Someone did take my order but that was the end. Don't wait for a return call you have to keep calling them. I have already fallen once because the strap no longer holds. I am now using scotch tape to wrap around it. So sad!
