I initially called in with some questions, and he also mentioned he was planning to reach out regarding shipping—so communication was great from the start. My daughter ordered me a Strut Bar for my 2014 Honda Civic as a Christmas Present and it didn’t fit. I thought I was going crazy trying to install it as I had no luck. They sent an install video and said it was guaranteed to fit, but still no luck. I brought it to a shop and they had the same problem. We told them if it’s guaranteed to fit you guys are more than welcome to try. Sadly they don’t do installs of their own product and we couldn’t return it since it was past 30 days. Noted my concern with Pro Car Studio, even though it was opened/unused, said they would accept my return. Really happy they reached out above and beyond too retain my service, thank you guys, will order from here in future again.
Be careful when trying to do a refund. They charge a 15% “restocking fee” which is ridiculous in 2025
