I have been getting my motorcycle serviced at Pro Caliber for years now, and I have been very pleased with the service. Matt, in particular, has been very responsive and helpful. He really knows his stuff regarding the servicing of motorcycles, and is always courteous and helpful.
The parts department used to be a good deal, the prices for oem parts has went up, customer service has went down and the shipping time has got longer. I’m sad to say I will not be buying from procaliber again, Rocky Mountain’s prices are better and shipping so much faster. I could not get a tracking # from them either, probably because it took two weeks to ship the parts.
This business sold us a motorcycle they knew had a problem with the clutch, we have service records from the time they received it until it went on the showroom floor to prove it. After paying them to have them fix the clutch problems we were experiencing the problems are still there. They refuse to fix the issue without us paying more and will not take responsiblity. Don't waste your money at Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver unless you like being taken advantage of.
