Stopped in today to get transmission checked out. Don was very knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion when we told him what was going on. Really appreciated his generosity in lending his time and expertise without even charging us!

Like others can't say enough great things about Don and the guys at pro built. Hands down the best transmission shop. There's a reason they are busy when everyone is slow. Don stands behind his work and is constantly improving by eliminating any parts suppliers that don't meet his needs.
Great experience!! I couldn’t say enough good things about this business and Don. The Ford dealership was going to screw us on our 2021 Ford Expedition which was having some transmission concerns. Although we had an aftermarket warranty, Ford wanted to charge us $4500 on top of what the warranty company was going to charge. I decided to shop around and see if I could get my transmission fixed for less out of pocket.
