I can’t say enough good things about Daniel Shafner and Pro Builders Roofing. He explained the entire insurance process to me clearly and was totally transparent about everything. He was always on time, super responsive and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The work was beautiful and done with professionalism. I highly recommend Daniel and his team. A true professional in every sense of the word!
I had Joe Cavazos inspect my house , 10/10 customer service explained everything very well with my roof. Very profesional!
Joe was great. Very thorough communication. Cane the same day of the storm and patched our leak for a very reasonable price. Even came back and refunded us when we accidentally overpaid him. I don’t leave reviews often, but this service was one of a kind and very well deserving of the five stars.
