The guys did a full tile roof restoration on our 90s home, and the result’s mint. They started with a 4000 PSI pressure wash to remove moss and oxidation, then re-bedded all ridge caps using fresh mortar before applying flexible pointing compound. They sealed the surface with a primer coat and sprayed two acrylic membrane topcoats in Monument. Every valley tray and flashing was checked and resealed with polyurethane. Roof looks brand new and ready for storm season. Thanks for your help
