Have taken my car to Pro Brake & Muffler on numerous occasions and pleased with the service and price points. Have taken car to other shops and being female felt that they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. I try to be as informed as possible and will get second opinion if necessary. I feel I have found a place I can trust and will continue to bring my car here.

Literally messed up EVERY thing he "fixed" on my car – I took my 2000 Hyundai Elantra to Dan at Pro Brake and Muffler in 2010. Originally I just needed a brake job on the rear brakes and to check where I had coolant leaking from. (I had the water pump replaced somewhere else about 1 year prior, so we didn't think that was it.) He did the brake job (including new shoes and drums) and said that the water pump was leaking, so he replaced that and the hoses, too (which gets quite expensive on a Hyundai). Fair & Reasonable! – I'm done with dealerships. The only thing they have on Pro Brake & Muffler is that they have a clean waiting room. Other than that, nothing. Any time I've needed work on my last 2 cars, I've gone to the dealer (to see what the warranty will cover) and then go to Pro Brake. He ALWAYS beats the price by a couple hundred! And the work he does is quality and he won't take advantage of you. This is the only place I take my cars now.

Great customer service – I would highly recommend Pro Brake for all your auto service needs. For the last four to five yearsI have taken my own vehicles, as well as my family members vehicles to ProBrake for my auo repair needs and have always received courteous service and a great value for my auto service dollar. ProBrake is not limited to just brake and muffler service work and can perform a wide variety of other auto repairs and incidental routine vehicle maintenance services such as, oil change and do state inspections.

Muffler Job Took our car to have the muffler changed and was not very impressed. They were costly, staff not very friendly and service not punctual (waited 2hrs after expected time for my car to be ready). Lack of organization.
