Such a great gym! I’ve been using their new sauna and it’s amazing! Only A few extra dollars onto your membership added and you get access to the sauna as well as red light therapy. Staff is great and all the equipment you need!
Probody's sauna is hands down one of the best parts of the gym. It is clean, hot, and the perfect place to decompress after a good bootcamp session with Christina 😅. 10/10 recovery experience!

After an intense workout with Christina, the sauna at ProBody was exactly what I needed. It was the perfect way to relax, recover, and recharge. The clean, peaceful atmosphere made the experience even better. If you’re looking for the perfect finish to a great workout, I highly recommend ending your session in the sauna. It made an already amazing workout even more enjoyable. Five stars!!!!
