Totalled my car on April 12th and was FORCED to tow my car to this body shop. They did NOT fix my car, all they have done is hold my car and duck my calls. I called 4x to tell them I am coming to pick up my belongings out my car, no answer. I show up during operating hours, nobody is there except some lady sitting outside. After driving an hour to this location in Flushing queens, they tell me my car isnt even there and that I should have called to let them know I was coming. 🤨🤨🤨🤨Are we serious???
