The only thing this bike shop has going for it is location, terrible customer service, manager has a terrible attitude, all around bad experience and would not recommend

Great store. Great service and selection of running shoes. I got the right shoe and right fit at pro bike and run. Stu, and Josh and Jeff were very helpful as always.
I came in looking for a specific shoe. I am going on a trip and will be doing a lot of walking. I also am incredibly hard to fit (two different sized feet). Stu showed me the shoe and explained why it wouldn’t work for me. He found me another brand that felt good the second I put them on. He added an insole to help with the fit and laced them for me.
