Josh was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I have been searching for the e-bike that best fit me for the past couple of years. I visited many bike shops and took many test rides. Josh was able to answer all my questions and helped me to settle on an Aventon Pace model. This bike was very comfortable to ride and fit me well. I am happy with my purchase and hope to have many years of reliable service from my new bike! Overall Pro Bike & Run met all my needs! A wonderful buying experience.
Bought my teenage boys e-bikes. The staff was wonderful, Josh explained the many options and let them test ride the options they were interested in. Thanks for the wonderful experience we will definitely be back!
New to the biking world and e-bikes. Worked with Joel and Josh to find the perfect setup for myself and my husband. They educated us, let us treat ride, and set up our bikes and rack for us so that we could hit the trails immediately. The store and staff are top notch!
I was referred to pro Bike and run by a friend who is a serious cyclist that owns five different bicycles and has them all worked on at pro bike and run. I came to the North Hills location as it is near my home and met Josh Carson who is their e-bike specialist.
