Service was excellent, used quality parts and the bike looks great. Pricey but there is quality in the materials and workmanship.

I went to PRO BIKE+RUN North Park in search of a new pair of running/fitness shoes and for a shoe fit test. Stu was absolutely fantastic!! He took the time to listen to my specific situation and needs, completed the fit test criteria, assisted me with trying on a couple of appropriate shoe options, and provided some informative tips throughout the process. They were so condescending and rude. I do know a thing or two about bikes and running, but I went in one day asking to look for a possible fit on both and was treated with disrespect -- definitely pushing the wrong items onto me with no knowledge of any custom. Corporate is dictating what they should sell and you can tell. Just annoyed at the experience and hope they get a better owner.
