I had a great experience with repair. Instead of leaving my bike for two weeks of prime riding weather, Nathaniel quickly changed the inner tube. I was a little embarassed about how muddy the bike was and he said that it was a sign of a well ridden bike. I found him to be honest and kind.

The store is nice and nicely laid out for testing the merch. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I tried on several pairs of shoes, jogging around the store a few times to assist in my decision. Excellent service, only quality products, and a 10% discount for me (medical personnel)! I have gone back for my 2 latest pairs of shoes abs will keep doing so as long as the storefront remains.
