I walked into the store not knowing what kind of bike I wanted but knew my price range. Christian was able to direct me right to the bikes that would be best for what I was looking to do and didn’t try to oversell anything. Both bikes that he suggested were actually in still in the box, but they were able to build both bikes for me to try out. I went with the first one they built which was extremely quick. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and Christian was awesome! A+ experience
Excellent overall but don't understand how you cannot open till 11:00 a.m. that is so late half the bikers and Runners are already out doing activities stores should be open at 9 a.m. at the latest
After a previous visit for myself, I decided to get my daughter a pair of running shoes. The young girl who helped us was so patient. She explained the differences in brands and which ones would be best for my daughter. After 7 or 8 different pairs we decided on the right one for her. Both times I went I had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would go there again.
This review is regarding a rear flat tire repair on my bike. Pro Bike originally installed the wrong tube, which resulted in another flat and left me stranded. When I brought the bike back, the replacement tube that they charged me for ended up splitting. It turned out that the tire itself had a slice in it something that they never caught. I eventually took my bike to another repair shop and received excellent service there. Unfortunately, based on my experience, i will not do business with Pro Bike again.
