I have bought two secondhand bikes from Probike, both Honda cb1300's, and I've always found them very helpful. Both bikes have been really reliable, My first one I had for 3 years with no problems and my second had a small problem after a week with a faulty plug which they sorted out for me F.O.C. and I've had that for 2 years now. I have been to Pro-Bike many times, they are closest Yamaha service shop to where I work, both for Yamaha Thundercat and FJR1300 for servicing and fixes esp with Thundercat getting old 65k on clock and MOT's and always had clear explanations on any issues and resolutions that works and time in garage as predicted. [Nb this review was for a shop in Newbury not Shrewsbury]

Friendly staff, they preferred to give me good advice rather than to sell me a bike so that makes me trust their advice when they do recommend a bike.

I truly believe that the 5* reviews were written by the mechanics who work there. Sam in the clothing/parts dept really knows her stuff, and has improved the shop side a lot. As for the rest, I wouldn't trust them to adjust my chain. Thanks guys for fitting a replacement ECU, but not spotting the broken diode that had allowed current to flow the wrong way and destroy the original. I part exchanged my GSR750 in February this bike still had £1700 left on finance they offered me close to £4000 for the bike and I was happy with that amount. I was left around £2300 to put towards a new bike and the rest would pay of the finance. I found a very nice GSX1400 a bike I wanted for years.
