I called an hour before my son’s appointment and asked if it was ok if we came in a little late, they said yes that’s fine. I arrived 10 min after the appt time and the doors were locked and lights off, and no one would answer the phone. I’d pre-paid AND pre-tipped for the appt through the Booksy app when I scheduled. Very frustrated that I’m now out $30 for nothing and had to go pay another $35 for a last minute appt at a different barber. Such a great experience for my son. He LOVES his hair cut! We will absolutely be back and so glad to have found a barber who is great with kids and does a fire cut!
