I have been using their orthotics and compression stockings for a year and have only great things to say. Aaron is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They come to your home and the service has a very quick turnaround time. The I would highly recommend them.

Since 2023, I've gone to Pro Balance Orthotics for my customized orthotic insoles. Both the product and service are exceptional. Aaron and Stephan, the Pedorthists who assess your gait and feet anatomy, are very knowledgeable, communicative, flexible, and professional. Plus, they make house visits. It's so convenient. And best of all, the insoles I've ordered from them are molded so well to my feet. I can finally wear my favourite sneakers and boots with ease. I can't recommend this place enough.
It’s been a year and I’m still very happy with my orthotics! They are very comfortable and I feel the difference when I forget to put them in my shoes. They fit perfectly with all the shoes I have.
