Unbelievably great service! I was actually shocked at how easy it was to get an appointment, prescription and then the orthotics. They're very responsive to booking and messages, then come to your house to get the 3D molds of your feet. Stephan was very helpful and thorough during the process, then the orthotics were ready pretty fast. They've been working great as well. Couldn't imagine a better service for anything!

If you're looking for custom orthotics, I highly recommend Probalance. They came to my door for a very brief assessment and measure and delivered shortly after. An adjustment needed to made and they arranged a pickup and quickly made the necessary modifications. Now I'm very comfortable and happy in my new orthotics. Probalance delivered a quality product, went above and beyond for convenience and customer service and on top of that their price can't be beat. 6 stars.

Had a great experience getting fitted for my orthotics. The pedorthist comes right to your home or residence, scans your feet, and 2 weeks later custom-milled orthotics are delivered to your door. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future
