I worked with this company as part of a wedding recently and I’ve never seen such an unprepared company. I understand there was an issue that caused them to be late which I could have lived with, but then the company took over 45 minutes to make a microphone connect to their speakers, all while being very rude to the wedding party and staff. These guys charge a premium price and they don't know much about sound at all. Definitely don't recommend them. I got charged $200 over MSRP for a piece of equipment because they said it came with a person I could call if I had trouble.
