Neil was great! I was a new customer, in a pinch and he went out of his way to squeeze me in immediately. His work was top-notch! I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that is quite costly to maintain and repair. If Neil hadn't fit me in that day I would've blindly purchased a vehicle that needed $4,000+ in past due maintenence... If nothing else, this information was a great negotiating tool. Great prices and service. I waited a week to hear back from another shop for just a quote for an oil change. I’m glad I decided to come here instead. And you can book right online!
I requested a slightly uncoventional tire change where I dropped everything off and requested a new wheel, 5th tire be setup. I did not just leave my vehicle as would be normal. You were very acomidationg and everything was smooth. The tires were all inflated to 33 lbs, and I would have preferred they were higher. Such as 38lbs. My fault for not specifying in advance.
