Response times were excellent, pricing was fair and transparent, work was quick and a warranty was included. Compared to other auto body shop interactions, this was certainly an elevated, customer forward experience.
I took my car in for a fixing of the rear window light as I was told in previous body shops that it wouldn’t be something they can work on or there’s guarantee it would not link anymore even though if I paid for it which was over 250$ . After that I found this place they were really friendly and confident to fix it on top of that saved me money and time , I appreciate all the service . I couldn't be happier with the repairs done here. Jace runs an excellent shop. He was transparent, honest, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. Very satisfied with the whole experience. If you want a job well done by people who care, this is the place to go. Truly a 5 star experience!
If I could rate my experience 10 stars, I would. Jace is wonderful. He looked at my van right away, gave expert suggestions on how to fix my problem, and took care of it right there on the spot! He graciously took the time to really figure out what was happening with my van and showed me what to look for in the future if I experience any further issues. I would trust Pro Auto Body to be fair, prompt, and skillful professionals for any auto body job!
