Extremely poor service, first you are dealing with AI to get a quote. Then when you do they need an upfront deposit. Once they have received the deposit any form of communication or service stop. The day they were to come to do the repairs, no one turned up, no phone calls. When you try to make contact it's not user friendly and is AI again. Finally, after 3pm when I had been waiting for 6 hours I get a txt, not even a call advising the repairer had an accident and wouldn't be coming. Ok - that can happen, so we rescheduled ... read more

Got an online quote in 10 minutes after submitting photo of my pranged up front end. Pro auto were quite thorough in explaining the quote and what could be done and what could not. Jarrod came out within the hour and a quick “Hi” became a fascinating hour of sharing his passion for doing his job and me neglecting mine! I was surprised how good the workmanship came out (i didn't know a mobile service could do do so well)
