Steve will not answer his phone or return your calls. No matter how many messages you leave. The shop does good work but can't get a answer when call.
I would definitely not recommend Pro Auto Works to have any work done period. I took my camper in there because I had zero electric, 12 volt or 110. I was happy when I found a local place to do the work. I asked him if he had a good electrician and he said yes. After 3 days of work he claimed my refrigerator was the problem. A day later he says no, it’s your converter. Said it was on order and would be there in 3 days and could I go ahead and settle my bill. I trusted him which was a huge $2800 mistake. Steve repaired some damage on our motorhome, the repairs were perfectly matched. It looks like new. They also painted our friends Mustang, they did an amazing job and they did it in a timely manor. We highly recommend Pro Auto Works.
I had them work on my car after an accident… There was over spray left all over my back window and roof. He painted over the black rubber on my doors, left a giant paint chip that’s now rusted, tried bending the fender back to its original shape leaving a quarter inch curve so the fender and bumper do not match up whatsoever, and ruined one of my mudflaps. I could go on! I’ve contacted them multiple times for them to fix it and have heard nothing back from them! Definitely would not recommend to anyone!
The owner is a great guy, great staff, and great facility.. Very fast but thorough.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
