I had good experiences in the past but I just brought my car in and got charged and quoted obscene amounts. Quoted 600 for 2.5 hours labor and a $70 part. $600 for 4 subframe bushings that they said didn't have any issues was twice what the other shop quoted me. Last year when they did my heater core it was 600 which I was happy about but I had to bring it back in because the tech decided to drain all my Ac fluid out which they shouldn't have.
