Friendly staff& payed attention to small details!
I had a flat tire and happened to be in the parking lot if thier hobby shop and the Young man, I believe Matt was his name, helped me out and refused and cash donation. He saved my day. I'll be supporting this business for future needs! Man deserves a raise ;)
**update 8/25/25** I won’t be returning to this place any longer. It’s disappointing because the work I’ve gotten there in the past was great and I was happy. They had my truck for one week and there was zero communication on their end. I was always having to call and ask the status only for them not to know what work it needed yet. My vehicle has been at this shop since April. My boyfriend keeps checking on it and gets, "It'll be done next week!" or "..later this week!" each time. Yesterday he was told it would be done today. They close at 5pm normally but were already closed when he arrived shortly after 4pm today (7/23/25). I'm dealing with breast cancer and currently on chemotherapy, it would be great to have my vehicle back and not have to borrow cars constantly! This is beyond ridiculous.
I cannot say how much I appreciate Carl, Bob and the crew there. My Duramax was a basket case of what turned out to be wiring issues and they got it fixed. With the good experience I had with my truck I ended up having my car towed there and just said what I was told, turned out it was something different and they got it fixed for way less than what the other shop tried to sell me. This is one of the very few honest shops in the area. I will always have my car serviced here from minor issues all the way to the major ones.
