Made an appointment last week to get our car detailed. Came in today 10 mins before our appointment and the guy said they couldn’t take us because a bunch of people quit and they’re very short. I understand things happen, however, we would’ve appreciated a call ahead of time so we didn’t waste our time driving down to Orland Park as we are not from the area. Not even a compensation was offered for the hassle or the inconvenience. Never coming back here again.
Not sure what's up with this place. Called yesterday to confirm they take walk-ins. Guys rudely tells me yes first come first serve and there was a 45 min wait. I decide to wait till today in the middle of the day hoping for less wait only to be told they were closed due to weather. There was no rain at the time as it had passed for the day, not to mention, how am I supposed to know you're closed for weather? They have no website and nothing mentioned on being closed on FB.
