Me and my husband bought a 2019 Toyota Camry and within two months of driving it the transmission went out. We dealt with Rick. And asked for the owner multiple times we could never get him. He has done nothing to try to help us out with it, doesn’t take his work seriously whatsoever. We DID have the three month warranty they offer for all of their cars and even Cronin Toyota admitted it was the most foolish warranty they had ever seen. Had a great experience here this week with Rick. He was able to work with me to get a vehicle in my price range that was clean and mechanically sound. Finally proud of what I drive. The process was easy and I love my "new" car!
I have purchased multiple different vehicles from them over the years and I cannot say great enough things about the owner and salesman. Great prices and always willing to work with the customer. If I need a vehicle, they’ll find it. If I need work done, they’re quick to find a solution. 100/10 would recommend.
10/10 would recommend! Been searching for a nice and reliable vehicle for awhile and was so happy to come across this business. Met with a salesman named Rick and he was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me a nice and reliable car that was in my price range. So excited to finally have something nice to drive. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY DONT INSPECT VEHICLES BEFORE THEY SELL THEM! I purchased a truck from the on July 3rd. He brought it to me because when I test drove it the a/c didn’t work, the tailgate handle was messed up and sway bar wasn’t connected to anything at all. So before he even brings it he send its to a shop in Richmond and has them try to put a compressor out of the junk yard on there just to get by.
