Pro auto service had my car from January 3rd until 2 days ago. They refused to work with the warranty company and after 3 months, the owner Tony said my car was ready to go but their mechanic texted me that if I take the car to Volkswagen they will tell me I need a new engine… $5000 spending for uber for my 50 minute commute to work every day because they refused to give me a loaner after I posted a very mild google review. Don’t come here if you don’t have the energy to file a lawsuit. Very shady. The entire family business. Don’t be tricked by their family referrals! Use your own trusted mechanic!!
Kept saying we were out of our warranty because of our miles but we have unlimited mileage package. Then when we got the car back the issue was still not fixed and now car smells like gas. Now having to go to dealership since car is not fixed
I don’t even wanna give one star, the service is absolutely terrible, I tried calling multiple times and left a voicemail yesterday and got absolutely nothing. Then I call a few times today and finally got someone to pick up only to find out they are fully booked, whoever I talked to on the phone was extremely rude. I would not recommend calling this place!!
