After being caught in one of the New Orleans Sewage & Water Board flooding disasters I was left with a flooded engine. I searched shops throughout the New Orleans area and got hit with astronomical estimates, a buddy turned me on the Pro Auto. Shawn gave me an estimate that was substantially lower than the others, I was blown away with the turn around time my vehicle was back in operation in 3 days! Would highly recommend this shop in the future!

Descent work but beware. Insist on a complete contract that states what is included and what isn't included. Also insist on written authorization before additional charges are authorized. Example: Included in Contract: New belts, New spark plugs, If A/C is disconnected recharging to be included in price. New Oil and filter, New coolant and thermostat. New transmission fluid.
Very resonably priced, Helpful Staff, Very FAST!! My vehicles engine was replaced in less than a week. I would definately recommend a friend or two!
Very Nice Guys at Professional Auto Engines! Im not sure if i should post here I didnt have an engine replaced but I came in with a tire that was flat and I was stuck! They informed me they dont do tires but they could help me out, they took the tire off, put my spare on and didnt charge me a dime, if I ever need an engine these are the guys I would go to.
