Jakob came to my house and fixed my windshield. I had a star that I was afraid would run and necessitate me having to replace my entire windshield. He was fast, pleasant and very professional. In the past I had tried to have a “star” repaired at Safelite, but they would only schedule me a day later and by then it ran and a $400+ replacement was necessary. Thank you Jakob, I will recommend you guys every time I have a friend in need of your services.

Great customer service
I called this company earlier this week trying to get my windshield replaced. I was told the guy and his other tech were busy at the moment, but would get back to me to give me an estimate on price and when they could get to me to install the windshield. The guy took my number down buy he never returned my call. I attempted to call them back the following day and nobody ever answered the phone and I never got a call back. It's almost like my business doesn't matter... I am rating this 2 stars for such lack of communication. ... read more
