I don’t usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserved one. After extensive research I chose this body shop and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, which really put my mind at ease. The work they did was outstanding, truly top quality. This place is just a chop shop for Statefarm insurance. They DO NOT fix cars here they will total your car that you DROVE IN and then try to get you to take less than KBB value for your vehicle. This is all a scam! They will destroy your parts in disassembly and claim they can’t reassemble your vehicle when you do not want to surrender your vehicle to them so they get to make money off your parts. My car came in for a headlight and is now “totalled” A HEAD LIGHT = total loss now
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this auto collision shop. Not only did they do a poor job with the repairs, they also broke my front collision sensor. They initially provided a repair quote, only to walk it back later with no reasonable explanation. After that, they delayed the repairs by an entire week, again without proactive communication or accountability.
