Highly disappointed with the service and unnecessary charges! There is no option of less than one star, if it would be, I would have given that. With your reply I would like to add, the sweet voice which said we charge fairly was so fake. You never diagnosed, your answer was whatever brought to our notice we told the same. I was told to answer within 15 minutes and I called back in five minutes.
