This is where I go personally, and where I send all my friends and family. Shaun and his team are top notch and never cut corners or try to screw me like I’ve experienced with other places I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
Great communication. Highly detailed, easy to read Labor & Parts listed separately in the estimate. They did well to explain what was needed to be done & they were very helpful when it came to dealing with a parrt that has been installed poorly by another shop and had to be removed and replaced under the warranty. Sean also provided a helpful no cost tip to help our high mileage vehicle last as long as possible. We will be using them in the future for maintenance & repairs.

Bought a truck for cheap from a family member, and it was a little rough and neglected. Took it in to Pro-Auto and asked them to look it over. They were clear in their communications and sent over a contract before starting the work, to protect us both. No hidden fees and respected my declining of work I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger on, while offering fixes as they found them.
