Dropped off my daughter's Yamaha Clavinova to be repaired. I drove 2.5 hours one way from Columbus. He assured me that he will get it on the bench and find out why the display was sometimes going out. Now it took him about a month to get it fixed and it works great. The only couple of issues I had was the communication and the website. I had to call a couple of times. There was one time the phone was disconnected and the website was down. Worst repair shop ever they had my equipment for two months bad customers service and never fixed it. When you call the guy gets smart with you and yells through the phone. He making a living off of every customers $80.
I was skeptical about all the negative reviews cause I wanted to give people the benefit of a doubt but I can truly attest first hand experience this was some of the rudest customer service I've ever encountered!! I was just trying to have a phone call and get some information and the rep was absolutely atrocious!! So rude! Do not do business here!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE RIPOFF. DON'T BOTHER. DESERVES NO STARS
