My equipment has been there for over a year and hasn’t been repaired but they were quick to take my deposit and now want me to make an appointment to pick it up but never respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. This is scamming at its best and worst. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE. BE WARNED. They promised to expedite my repair months ago

Like many other posts you will find that these people take your money and never do the work. We took an 18" JBL there for re-coning. The charged a bench fee and then charged for the re-cone kit and never did the work. They don't return calls and if I called they always had an excuse why they couldn't refund it. I hope they go out of business soon.
