I dropped off 2 Roland SPD-X drums pads 5 months ago. I paid extra to get them repaired ASAP. I've been calling for weeks Chris the owner does not answer his phone and does not return messages. Finally today I drove across town and picked up my units they were in the back taken apart with hundreds of amps and audio gear sitting everywhere taken apart. Don't go there the place is a disaster.
These people are a ripe off and rhieves.They will use your parts and try to fix someone else item.Haf my controller over a year and haven't gotten it back yet .claimed we didn't have a conversation .I repeat do not do business at this place.
This is a WORST place to bring in your equipment to get it fixed. I would not recommend this shop at all. They don't fix anything and they only take your equipments and money. BE AWARE!!!
Wow. ALL the negative reviews are accurate. I've been trying to figure out why Christopher the owner hasn't fixed my Echoplex after 6 months (dropped it off 3/10/25. Today is almost 6 months later.) He did say tte wrong part came in and that they needed the correct part. That was months ago. I'm always polite with Christopher but he is always testy. Lately I've called and asked him if I could just pick it up. He'll place me on hold and never come back to the phone. I'll humbly take the loss of my $80 deposit and move on, but... read more
If you leave the repair, you have to contact the store first and check. It took a long time to repair.
