I took my CD player in for repair in March. He required a deposit of $83.20. I called several times but got no answer. I went back to check on it said he was waiting for parts and would call me when he gets the parts. I went back on August 27 to pick it up . He said he needs more time. I told him that 5 months was already ridiculous so I wanted my player and payment returned. He gave me the player, but refused to refund the payment. Do not use this vendor!!!!!

My equipment has been there for over a year and hasn’t been repaired but they were quick to take my deposit and now want me to make an appointment to pick it up but never respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. This is scamming at its best and worst. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE. BE WARNED. They promised to expedite my repair months ago. Well it’s a year later and no repair or response. Dropped off my daughter's Yamaha Clavinova to be repaired. I drove 2.5 hours one way from Columbus. He assured me that he will get it on the bench and find out why the display was sometimes going out. Now it took him about a month to get it fixed and it works great. The only couple of issues I had was the communication and the website. I had to call a couple of times. There was one time the phone was disconnected and the website was down.
