Places an order for some equipment back in November. They took my money and went silent for almost 2 months. Called them to see what was up. They said they couldn’t find the parts and that my order was so small it wasn’t worth looking for them. They also kept intentionally misgendering me. These guys really don’t care about their customers.
Went the extra mile to give me free shipping for a tiny order.
