We experienced a problem with our fairly new microwave. Our appliance dealer coordinated the repairs with Pro Appliance. The parts were not readily available and the Tech, Jarrod, had to delay and visit us 4 times. He was the MOST professional and polite person throughout this issue. I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Jarrod our technician..
These guys are great. Knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Pricing was very reasonable and the problem with my dryer was diagnosed and fixed pretty quick. Highly recommended!!
Jared is the Pro-service man who came out to check on our Asko washer problems and solved all the issues with his true expertise and skill.
