During the inspection and quote of a range the technician damaged my marble countertop by carelessly dragging the unit out from the wall. This unit also had a downdraft connected which clearly should not have been pulled on. The gas was also connected and was not shut off prior to moving the unit which it absolutely should have been. There was zero reason to ever move the unit as I provided the model number and the technician decided to move the unit to check the model number.
