Would not recommend these people at all. Too much to list. I would love the owner to call me to discuss everything that went on with my four schedule service calls.

Pro Appliance is great! They are timely, do great work, and charge a fair price. They are also really nice and friendly, too. They will tell you what is wrong with the appliance and why and how to avoid the problem in the future. They are great!

This company worked on my refrigerator for several months and could not fix it. After LG told them to replace all the parts and they LG would pay for the labor the owner of the company refused to call me for an appointment and spent the time and parts to fix someone else’s refigerator. Not trustworthy, stay clear.

Repairman Bobby Parker came to fix our dryer. Mr. Parker is one of the nicest people I have ever met; He really knows his job. After fixing the dryer he noticed that the dryer plug had some exposed wires, possibly averted a major fire hazard. Bobby is the epitome of customer service. We will only use Pro Appliance for all our repairs.
