James is always courteous and always explains what needs to be done. He has years of experience working with all sorts of makes and models on different brands. Fair price and speedy. Go see him for your automotive needs
I've been happy with James in the past, but won't use Pro AM again. We took a vehicle to him for a pre-purchase inspection. It's in the shop four weeks later for thousands in repairs. I know it's possible to miss things, but he didn't even look at the the brakes. Wish we'd have used someone else who might've caught some of these issues and kept us from buying this vehicle.
Great customer service! He was kind, honest and professional. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend.
I'd used James a couple of years ago for maintenance/repair of an older Hyundai Elantra. Long story short, he was very honest about some of the challenges with the car (car was Canadian, and winters had left their mark on her), performed the work he could, and had super reasonable prices.
