I’ve taken my car to Pro Align twice now, and both experiences showed me how much they truly care about their customers. The first time, I was traveling and had a tire issue. They went out of their way to help me get back on the road quickly — even driving to a tire shop themselves to get the exact tire I needed. They have had my car about 3 months they was suppose to be doing some rewiring on it and every time I call them about why it's taking this long they are always giving me excuses and the run around they told me almost a month ago they was going to get it in the garage and start working on it and here it is a month later and it's still sitting out in the lot
This shop is wonderful. These guys helped me out so much, brought my car to a different shop to get an alignment and was told my wheels had negative camber and they couldn’t adjust it and told me I may have a possible frame damage causing it. Decided to get a second opinion and brought it to these guys, I gave them the alignment paperwork from the other shop and they assessed the situation. Ken and his guys do good, honest work at reasonable rates. He's helpful and goes out of his way to get things done for you. They are knowledgeable and don't try to upsell you on work that really doesn't need to be done. You need to have a local mechanic you can trust, especially when dealerships are charging $200/hr for anything. We've taken several vehicles to Pro Align and have had nothing but great experiences.
