Ken and his guys do good, honest work at reasonable rates. He's helpful and goes out of his way to get things done for you. They are knowledgeable and don't try to upsell you on work that really doesn't need to be done. You need to have a local mechanic you can trust, especially when dealerships are charging $200/hr for anything. We've taken several vehicles to Pro Align and have had nothing but great experiences.
Kent is such a nice guy. He did a lot of research for us to determine the best way to go about fixing our car. I would not hesitate to take my cars here.
The guys atthe shop are awesome. I need bushings pressed into a Ram 3500 track bar. They fit me in with no appointment and advised me on what steps to take next. Corey and the ma ger were both knowledgeable and kind. Even after wasting Coreys time they didnt charge me anything. Thanks alot!
