He was rude and smelled so bad I couldn't breath he did nothing to fix my problem and charge me $100 for a less then 5 minute service.. Now I can't get in touch with anyone at the company it's a total scam do not get scammed by them.!!!!
Pro air cleaners - Eric did a service for dryer vent cleaning after appliance service told us the dryer vent is clogged. We are charged $199 for 15 minutes service. Eric refuses to take credit card, only take Zelle quick pay, he never even send a receipt even I requested. After cleaning service, we notice the dryer is still not functioning, I contacted Eric, he insists that the dryer vent is well cleaned. This company is a complete fraud. Eric came to my house, the same man I see appearing in other reviews and he took up to 10 minutes cleaning the dryer duct up to the roof. Then without even asking for my permission, he took his coffee out of his truck and went to my kitchen to put his coffee in my microwave. He spent more time heating up his coffee than cleaning the ducts. Now, a month after using the dryer it smelled like something was burning when we used it.
