I own 4 properties and Dave has helped me with all my A/C and Heating issues. He is a very nice, very knowledgable and most importantly honest. I have had no bad experiences with the receptionist/office person. This is not a big operation. I have over the years had many HVAC companes and Dave is the first to find the problem quickly and not gouge me for the repairs.
The guys who fixed my unit were amazing, but the girl who answers the phone and or works the front desk is rude and not professional at all! I won’t be using them again because of her. 1 star for the customer service. There are many Air and Heating companies in the area. I don’t need to be subjected to that treatment when I am spending that much money!!!!!!
I wish i was able to give more then 5 stars. this company saved me hundreds of dollars, i was given a quote from a different company that was completely inflated and unnecessary. I am so happy that i was placed in touch with this completely professional and wonderful company. I will tell everyone I know about this company and their amazing staff.
